Position Overview The Sales Coordinator / Revenue Analyst plays a vital, dual-impact role supporting sales execution and revenue optimization. You will receive structured, on-the-job training across sales coordination, business development, and revenue analysis while collaborating closely with senior leadership. From day one, you'll gain practical exposure to sourcing and closing business, pricing strategy, forecasting, and market analysis--making this a highly fulfilling and career-building opportunity. What You 'll Do Sales Coordination, Business Development & Hands-On Learning * Work alongside the Director of Sales and executive team to actively source, develop, and close group and corporate business , with coaching and guidance provided throughout the process. * Receive on-the-job training in preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, managing group blocks, and handling client communications from inquiry through execution. * Serve as a key client contact while learning best practices in relationship building and consultative selling. * Participate in sales calls, site tours, networking events, and local marketing initiatives--gaining real-world sales experience in a supportive environment. * Collaborate with operations to understand how sales commitments translate into exceptional guest experiences. Revenue Analysis, Strategy & Skill Development * Learn revenue management fundamentals through hands-on involvement in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. * Receive training on analyzing pick-up, pace, demand trends, and market conditions to support pricing and inventory decisions. * Gain practical experience maintaining data accuracy across PMS, CRS, and OTA platforms. * Attend and support weekly revenue and forecasting meetings, learning how data drives executive strategy. * Develop competitive analysis skills by monitoring market trends and performance benchmarks. What We 're Looking For * Prior hotel sales or revenue experience preferred, but willingness to learn and grow is essential (Hilton systems experience a plus). * Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with OnQ/PEP and Delphi/FDC preferred. * Excellent communication skills and a professional, positive attitude. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Self-motivated, curious, and team-oriented mindset.
