About the Role We're expanding along the U.S. Seaboard and need a motivated Depot Manager to help grow local sales and manage day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and taking ownership of results. You'll have support from our team and training on our products, but you'll also need the drive to make things happen. What You 'll Do * Develop and maintain customer relationships with contractors, municipalities, and construction companies. * Promote the rental and sale of road safety equipment such as Barrier Wall Systems, Crash Impact Attenuators, Electronic Sign Boards, Portable Traffic Signals & Auto Flaggers, Crash Trucks, Temporary Condition Signs, etc. * Prepare quotes and proposals and close deals. * Coordinate with operations for timely delivery and setup. * Learn our products and industry trends to become a trusted resource. * Attend trade shows and client meetings. What We 're Looking For * 3+ years in B2B sales (construction or safety industry preferred). * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Comfortable working independently and meeting goals. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally. * Basic computer skills (CRM and Microsoft Office).
