Veritas is a professional sales and business development firm that connects our telecommunications clients with their local consumer base. Our customer engagement and conversational outreach methods provide an environment that builds trust and long term relationships for both customers and clients. The AT&T Representative will be working with our largest client, AT&T, to expand their market presence and support sales growth. As an AT&T Representative, you will engage households through knowledgeable, comfortable conversations regarding telecommunications needs and goals. By presenting product and service options clearly and with their needs in mind, the AT&T Representative helps customers decide on the right options and guide them through the remainder of the sales process. AT &T Representative Responsibilities: * Initiate sales through professional conversations and engagement with residential customers to discuss AT&T wireless products and services. * Present product options clearly and persuasively to drive sales and ensure that customers understand the features and benefits of AT&T products and services. * Build rapport and trust with every interaction by actively listening and providing customized solutions to each customer's usage needs and priorities. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales through client-provided technology platforms to improve follow-up and upgrade services. * Collaborate with client management and fellow AT&T Representatives to meet and exceed sales goals. * Stay informed on AT&T offerings and competitive advantages through daily meetings and updates on new products, promotions, and industry trends to instill confidence during customer conversations. * Represent Veritas Management and the AT&T Representative role with integrity and enthusiasm, upholding company values and compliance while delivering an excellent customer experience. AT &T Representative Qualities: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, client relations, or a similar people-centric role. * Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. * Positive attitude and solution-oriented mentality. * Strong adherence to AT&T Representative protocol and team goals. * Ability to adapt and solve problems quickly. * Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. * Willingness to receive feedback and grow beyond entry-level AT&T Representative.
