Job Summary We are seeking a Part-Time Physician Liaison / Medical Sales Coordinator to support referral development and provider outreach for our growing medical practice. This role focuses on building relationships with local physician offices, educating providers on our services, and supporting business growth through consistent, professional outreach. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in business, marketing, or healthcare who are interested in physician relations, healthcare sales, or medical outreach. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain referral relationships with physician offices * Conduct in-person outreach visits and follow-ups with medical offices * Educate providers and office staff on services, referral pathways, and patient care offerings * Identify and develop new referral opportunities within the assigned local territory * Distribute and manage marketing and educational materials * Track outreach activity, referral trends, and visit notes using Microsoft Excel * Provide regular reporting and feedback to leadership * Represent the organization professionally in the community Required Qualifications * Bachelor 's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required) * Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required (data entry, tracking, basic formulas) * Organized, dependable, and able to work independently * Reliable transportation for local travel Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with physician offices or healthcare providers * Medical sales, physician liaison, or outreach experience * Familiarity with referral-based healthcare environments What We Offer * Flexible part-time schedule * Training and onboarding provided * Opportunity to grow into expanded outreach or business development responsibilities * Supportive, relationship-focused work environment Salary Commensurate with Experience Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Work Location: In person
