The Role We have active, producing setters already in the field. We're looking for a competent solar closer who will: * Knock with setters and help train them in the field * Run the appointments they set * Close in-home deals * Help tighten pitch & qualify better by example What You 'll Be Doing * Running pre-set solar appointments * Knocking doors with setters when needed * Coaching setters live (pitch, objections, qualifying) * Closing deals What We Provide * 3-5 setters already producing * Consistent, pre-set appointments * Strong installer brand and fast timelines * Training * No micromanagement You sell.
