Sales Project Consultant - Estimator for our Painting and Remodeling. The ideal candidate: * MUST have previous PAINTING and CONSTRUCTION experience. * is familiar with (or willing and able to learn quickly) our estimating software - Estimate Rocket * has great presentation and closing skills. * is very organized, precise, and detail-oriented. * has excellent communication skill both in person and in writing. * has superior team spirit. * is open to learn and be trained. Main Responsibilities: * Assessing need(s) and desire(s) of the potential customer. * Estimating time, material and tools needed for the scope of work. * Elaborating in writing detailed proposals/contracts. * Delivering in person (or at times on Zoom) proposals and closing sales. * Following the project from start to finish. * Generating your own leads in addition to those that the company provides.
