Job Summary

The Clubs of Dove Mountain located in beautiful Marana, Arizona, features 63 Holes of the best golf in the Desert Southwest, world class Fitness and Pickleball at our Sports Complex and a partnership with the beautiful Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain. The Club boasts an incredible Food and Beverage operation led by our Award-Winning Executive Chef. We have a fun packed annual calendar of events sure to keep our members entertained whether they call Arizona home year round or commute back and forth. Our membership roster is made up of some of the nicest people you will meet and has many successful business owners, doctors, CPA's, lawyers, entrepreneurs and community leaders. As we are looking to add similar-minded and pedigreed individuals as Members, the person in the Membership Sales Director role must have a proven track record of selling luxury lifestyle products to a discerning clientele.

Responsibilities

include generating leads by way of referrals, networking, and being the face of the Club in the community along with guiding prospective Members through the enrollment process. Influence and an existing network within the market is a major plus. Experience - Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively - Familiarity with outside sales techniques and strategies - Proficiency in utilizing technology for sales purposes - Prior experience in managing membership programs is a plus - Marketing experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
