Overview

The Todd Caviglia Allstate Agency is hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Inside Sales / Support Representative to join our growing team in Anaheim, CA. We are looking for someone who is personable, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This role works with existing clients --no cold calling--focusing on policy support, cross- selling opportunities, and providing a world-class client experience. As a Licensed Inside Sales / Support Representative you will be helping our current clients with any questions or needs they have, as well as uncovering and identifying any additional needs.

Duties

may include answering phones, greeting clients either on the phone or in person, guiding them through the claims process, answering billing inquiries, taking payments, and advising clients on coverages. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the agency owner and team to reach service and sales goals
• Support a positive, team-oriented office environment Schedule - This is an IN OFFICE (Not Remote) position and we are looking for candidates who are willing and able to work the full time schedule listed below in our agency.
• Full-time, in office
• Monday - Thursday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (required)
• Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
• Minimum 1 year of P &C insurance industry experience (required)
• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred
• Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office
• Friendly, helpful personality with a commitment to outstanding service
• Comfortable using computers and CRM software

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Support
• Assist existing clients with policy questions, billing, coverage changes, and general inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-office interactions
• Help clients understand their coverage and guide them through claims or policy updates
• Inside Sales & Policy Reviews
• Identify additional coverage needs within our current book of business
• Recommend appropriate Allstate products based on client needs
• Process endorsements, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
