Do you enjoy helping owners and end users understand their fire protection needs and becoming a trusted advisor? Are you a driven by doing things right by leveraging your technical expertise? Then we are interested in speaking with you. Our Lexington, KY office is seeking a Fire Protection Professional who combines strong relationship-building with technical expertise. In this role you will proactively develop client relationships, craft tailored fire protection solutions, and guide projects from proposal through completion alongside a project team. Responsibilities * Developing relationships owners and General Contractors to increase out design build revenue * Working with customers to define their needs and developing solutions that meet them. * Reviewing construction project drawings, project schedules, and specifications * Complete detailed take-off, estimate, and proposal based on construction documents * Performing hazard analysis and value engineering tasks for design/build projects. * Developing and maintaining an active proposal backlog that supports the established sales plan. * Maintaining historical record of all sales and bidding documents/stats. * Actively participate in project kick-off meetings to ensure project success * Other duties as assigned and as the business needs adjust.
