Sales Enrollment Counselor Nashville Singles - Nashville, TN Full-time | Hourly + Commission | On-site Nashville Singles is Nashville's #1 professional matchmaking service with over 30 years of experience helping professional singles find love. We're growing our team and looking for a motivated, confident, and dynamic Sales Enrollment Counselor to join our Nashville office. This is a consultative sales position -- you'll meet with qualified leads who have already expressed interest in our service and help them take the next step toward finding a meaningful relationship. What You 'll Do * Conduct in-person consultations prospective clients. * Present and sell personalized membership programs. * Build value within a 2-hour interview and close high-ticket packages. * Collaborate with the matchmaking team to ensure clear client expectations. * Provide an exceptional client experience from first contact to enrollment. * Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics. What We 're Looking For * 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in one-call close, luxury, or high-ticket sales environments. * Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to build trust and rapport with a discerning, affluent clientele. * Polished, professional image and strong communication skills that reflect the high standards of a luxury brand. * Confident, consultative closer who engages clients with authenticity, warmth, and expertise. * Goal-driven and self-motivated , with a positive, energetic attitude and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. * Thrives both independently and as part of a high-performing, supportive team.
