Overview

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Oversee sales operations, performance metrics, customer experience, and process execution
• Drive results while strengthening a culture built on professionalism, teamwork, and accountability
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and maintain Hyundai brand excellence
• Represent Tustin Hyundai with integrity, customer focus, and operational discipline

Required Qualifications

• Hyundai dealership experience is required
• Minimum 5 years of Hyundai Sales Management experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead a successful sales team with measurable performance results
• Deep understanding of Hyundai programs, incentives, systems, and retail metrics
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Must demonstrate professionalism, ethical decision-making, and customer-centric values
