Inside Sales Representative Doors.com - South Austin, TX (In-Office, M-F) You must have success selling phone-based inside sales solutions. You will be selling to contractors, designers, architects, and homeowners in the home improvement and construction retail market in a competitive e-commerce environment. You must have a successful track record in achieving and beating business revenue goals. You must excel at cold calling, outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and closing daily sales. You must have strong inside selling skills , excellent listening, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong closing skills. You should have excellent communication and executive- level presentation skills. You should be a self-starter, energetic, highly motivated, goal-oriented, passionate, a high achiever, and a hard worker. You should be able to work with limited supervision but want to be part of a high-achieving, fast-moving, in-office team. Required Criteria * Experience of at least 1 -2+ years in a phone-based or inside sales role (inbound + outbound) is required. Outbound BDR experience qualifies. Must be able to prove past success. * Must demonstrate consistent quota attainment or monthly over-performance in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment. * Experience with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and inbound chat/phone sales conversion is a must. * Coachable, resilient, and able to handle rejection with perseverance. * Experience thriving in lean, fast-moving, competitive in-office teams is preferred. Nice-to-Have Criteria * Experience in home improvement, construction, or design industries. * Familiarity with CRMs and live chat tools. * Background in e-commerce or high-performance sales teams. * Bonus points if you bring ideas for outbound campaigns, niche prospecting, or partnership development. Compensation: Target OTE is $90K -$100K, with $50 -$60K base + $35-$40K variable. Monthly quotas and accelerators for over-performance. Health Benefits are offered. Schedule: Monday-Friday, either 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. This is an in-office role in South Austin, TX.
