We are seeking a Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services on a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Responsibilities: * Welcome and identify customers needs * Explain products and services to customers * Monitor inventory to ensure products are in stock * Enter and process customers orders * Investigate and resolve customers complaints * Cleaning and keeping shop looking presentable Qualifications * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Ability to build rapport with customers * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong negotiation skills * Pawn shop experience * Willing to train * Must be able to work Saturdays Job Type: Part-time Base Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour Work Location: In person
