Full description of the position

We are seeking a Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services on a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities

:

• Welcome and identify customers needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure products are in stock
• Enter and process customers orders
• Investigate and resolve customers complaints
• Cleaning and keeping shop looking presentable

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Pawn shop experience
• Willing to train
• Must be able to work Saturdays Job Type: Part-time Base Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour Work Location: In person
