Key Responsibilities: * Client Account Management: Provide advice and support to existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained. * New Customer Enrollment: Assist with on-boarding and enrolling new customers, guiding them through the process to ensure a smooth transition. * Coaching & Training: Mentor new team members, sharing your expertise to help them grow within the company. * Daily Morning Meetings: Participate in daily meetings to review goals, share updates, and align with the team on strategies and objectives. * Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately maintain client information and track sales activity. * Intensive Management Development Program: Participate in a structured development program designed to build the skills necessary for higher-level positions. Qualifications: * No prior experience required!
