Together, these companies work with and assure continuity of supply for the nation's most reputable food and supply chain outlets. * Entourage Freight Solutions* , founded in 2013, is an industry leader and a true 3PL in navigating refrigerated freight as well as dry freight and the expedited markets with more than 8,000 carriers in our vast network. * Division:* Entourage Freight Solutions Location: 9200 Worthington Road Suite120 Westerville Ohio 43082 Position Title: Carrier Sales Representative I Position Summary: The Carrier Sales Rep I sources carriers, negotiates rates, and ensures loads are booked and executed successfully in a fast-paced brokerage environment. This entry-level role focuses on high-volume communication, relationship development, and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities: * Make high-volume outbound calls to secure carriers for available shipments. * Qualify new carriers and grow the EFS carrier network. * Negotiate rates with carriers and communicate pricing to sales staff. * Track shipments from pickup through delivery and provide updates as needed. * Verify carrier documentation, rate confirmations, and temperature requirements. * Assist with obtaining invoices, BOLs, and shipment records. * Maintain accurate load information in the TMS. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred. * 1-3 years of experience in sales, logistics, or transportation. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
