Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and proactive Inside Sales Support professional to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our business and our clients, providing exceptional support to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. The Inside Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth operations to help drive revenue growth. This position focuses on assisting sales representatives with lead management, layouts, customer inquiries, order processing, and data maintenance, allowing the sales team to concentrate on closing deals. Responsibilities * Support the sales team by qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and assisting with follow-up activities to ensure seamless customer engagement. * Utilize CRM software such as NetSuite to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently. * Provide administrative support to the inside sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, layouts, and sales presentations. * Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving basic customer issues in collaboration with customer service. * Coordinate scheduling for sales calls, demos, meetings, and follow-ups. * Generate reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts to support team goals. * Research and qualify potential leads, supporting outbound efforts when needed. * Collaborate with marketing, field sales, and other departments to align on campaigns and customer needs. * Maintain accurate documentation for sales tracking and compliance. * Contribute to process improvements to enhance sales efficiency. Qualifications and Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Associate's degree or high school diploma with relevant experience may suffice for entry-level roles. * 1-3 years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, customer service, or inside sales. * Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
