Business Development Manager (Scottsdale) Compensation * $60-80k base * $5k quarterly bonus tied to revenue goals * Mileage reimbursement * Uncapped commission comp structure also available if preferred About the role Hallmark Homecare matches experienced caregivers directly with families in their homes. The BDM is the face of the business in the community. This role involves building real referral relationships and guiding families through the decision to start care. What you will do * Develop and strengthen referral relationships with rehabs, SNFs, placement partners, hospitals, and senior living communities * Meet families to understand needs, present solutions, and secure signed agreements * Represent Hallmark at community events to increase visibility and trust * Track outreach and referral outcomes to show performance Who will succeed * Previous success in home care sales with a history of influencing revenue * Existing relationships in senior care referral networks in Scottsdale or the ability to tap into them quickly * Comfortable working with case managers, discharge planners, and community directors * Warm and professional presence that puts families at ease during stressful decisions * Organized and self directed with consistent follow through Required * Previous experience in home care sales * In person work within the Scottsdale market Not a fit if * You are looking for remote work * You want digital or social media marketing * You are unfamiliar with how senior care referrals work If you read this and already know the first referral partners you would visit next week, then please apply!
