Classic Industries, the leader in restoration parts and accessories for classic cars and trucks, is seeking full-time Auto Parts Specialists to join our dynamic Inbound Call Center Support Team in Huntington Beach, CA. What You'll Do * Assist Customers: Provide clear, accurate information about our products and services. * Help Customers Find the Right Parts: Look up items using product catalogs and online tools. * Ensure Accuracy: Verify customer account information for order correctness. * Deliver Post-Sales Support: Respond to questions, process returns, track packages, and resolve customer concerns. What We're Looking For * Confident communicator: Professional phone presence with good verbal and active listening skills. * Customer-First Attitude: Friendly, positive, with a service-oriented personality. * Tech-Savvy: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with common office software. * Team Player: Ability to work well in a supportive, collaborated environment.
