As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Boost Mobile, helping new and existing customers with their wireless needs while exceeding sales goals and delivering an unmatched customer experience. What You 'll Do * Provide a total sales solution for wireless devices, accessories, service plans, and add-ons * Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals * Deliver an outstanding in-store experience that strengthens customer loyalty * Make follow-up customer service calls daily * Assist with training new team members * Handle inventory management and maintain store standards * Promote Boost Mobile through community and marketing events * Work as a team player supporting other associates and management What We 're Looking For * Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED * Retail or customer service experience required (wireless sales experience preferred - AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Cricket, etc.) * Strong communication and people skills * Reliable transportation to and from work * Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, and holidays * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Why Join Us? * Competitive hourly pay + bonus opportunities * Career growth with training and development opportunities * Be part of a fast-growing wireless team where your effort directly impacts results * Fun, team-oriented environment The Ideal Candidate: * Must be age 18 * High school diploma or GED * Experience in Cellphone /wireless retail sales preferred such as working at AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Cricket, etc * Experience in retail sales or customer service background * Candidates must possess proven communication skills * Employees must be available to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays * Bilingual preferred * Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $11.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
