SALES ASSOCIATE We are a leading event furniture rental provider of authentic, iconic 20th- century furniture and accessories for set designs, trade shows, as well as for corporate and social events, headquartered in Huntington Beach, CA. We are looking to hire a result-driven Sales Associate who will promote the company's products and services through excellent customer service. Responsibilities, include but not limited to : * Processing customer quotes * Help customers find the best products for their event needs * Recommend related products to increase customer's options and enrich their rental experience * Answer questions and ensure a pleasant experience * Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction * Remain knowledgeable on products * Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication Qualifications : * Proven work experience as sales associate or similar role * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices * Basic math skills * Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements * Familiarity with inventory procedures * Solid oral & written communication and interpersonal skills * Friendly and energetic personality with focus on customer service * Ability to perform under pressure and address emails in a timely manner * Availability to work flexible hours * High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus * Creative background a PLUS Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
