: The Part-Time third party Sales Associate at Central America Medical Outreach (CAMO) is responsible driving acquisition and selection of product for third party sales from items donated to the mission. This role involves engaging with donors, volunteers, companies, assisting with product procurement, selection, processing transactions, and maintaining warehouse presentation. Responsibilities: * Utilize sales and marketing knowledge to build a strong multi-channel pipeline to receive products and to select product donated for the purpose of resale to create a revenue stream from sales. * Maintain relationships with existing customers through consistent communication and social media engagement * Target new and existing accounts within the medical affiliation, Government, clinics, hospitals, medical supply companies, manufacturer of medical products, other 3rd party buyback programs etc for new business * Keep meticulous sales accounts and track customer details, updating frequently * Conduct market research to determine trends in the medical consumables and medical equipment market * Develop and track progress of bi-annual business plans, sales metrics, and KPIs * Work with our departments to generate promotional content * Oversee the sales process at each stage from quote to purchasing to fulfillment and follow up * Lead and assist volunteer groups in donation sorting, packing, and other hands-on service projects. * Greet and assist donors and visitors with professionalism, providing information about our mission and support as needed. Qualifications: * Education: College education required * Experience: Prior sales experience required. (Preferably related to medical sales.) * Skills: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities. * Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficient in Microsoft office on PC Windows 11operating systems * Able to work in office and warehouse settings Attributes: * Friendly and approachable demeanor. * Strong work ethic and reliability. * Ability to work on rare occasions in evenings and during events Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week Work Location: In person
