POSITION: Our growing studio in Kennett Square is looking for a full-time Senior Sales Associate to work with the team and General Manager on new membership sales by contacting potential clients and booking them into free classes, confirming attendance for classes, and partaking in the day to day operations of the studio. The Senior Sales Associate also assists with retaining current members. The right candidate is comfortable contacting leads on the phone and face to face and providing great customer service to existing members. COMPENSATION & PERKS: * Full-Time (~36-40 hours per week) * Hourly Pay * Employer Subsidized Health Insurance * Includes Vision, Dental, Life and LTD insurance * 401K eligible with employer matching after 1 year * Monthly bonuses based on sales and performance * Free Pilates classes and store discounts * Excellent opportunities for growth within studios in the area, including additional sales and management positions REQUIREMENTS: * Must have at least 2 years experience in membership based or retail sales * Schedule would include mix of day and late afternoon/evening shifts during the week; one weekend day morning/day shift availability * Fitness and/or health and wellness industry experience preferred * Able to make speak clearly and confidently to clients and colleagues * Knowledge and regular use of Social Media i.e., Facebook, Instagram, * Ability to multi-task and stay organized * Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required * Sales goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training * Must have proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use the studio software system in alignment with corporate policies * Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday * Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task RESPONSIBILITIES: * Learn and follow the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close by contacting prospects via phone calls, text messages and emails * Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants * Present available services to current or prospective members * Engage with current members on selling retail products and promoting Pilates classes * Ensure the facilities and equipment are clean and maintained, including daily deep cleanings of the studio * Other duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount Application Question(s): * Are you able to work a flexible schedule to include weekdays, afternoons/evenings and one weekend morning/early afternoon?
