Job Overview The Sales Coordinator / Revenue Analyst plays a dual role in supporting both sales administration and revenue management efforts. This position assists with group and corporate bookings, maintains accurate reporting and systems data, and helps optimize hotel revenue and profitability through rate and inventory analysis. Duties Sales Coordination * Support the Director of Sales with administrative tasks, proposals, contracts, and group blocks. * Respond promptly to incoming group and corporate inquiries. * Maintain group and account files, tracking correspondence and key deadlines. * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth execution of group bookings. * Assist with sales calls, site tours, and local marketing efforts. Revenue Analysis * Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reporting. * Review pick-up, pace, and demand trends to help guide rate and inventory strategies. * Ensure data integrity across PMS, CRS, and OTA extranets. * Support weekly revenue and forecasting meetings with accurate and timely data. * Monitor competitive set performance and market conditions. Requirements * Prior hotel sales or revenue experience preferred (Hilton systems a plus). * Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with OnQ/PEP and Delphi/FDC preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
