Propel the industry's biggest brands to new heights through successful retail merchandising execution as an Entry Level Account Management. Help spark sales for the best, and most well-known energy brand, by successfully engaging with customers and recommending products and services to fit their needs. You'll be responsible for driving sales and product availability in stores by partnering with store management, interacting with and advising customers, identifying sales opportunities, and merchandising products. Your qualities : * Friendly and professional * Tech-savvy * Results driven * Great communicator * Ability to identify opportunities for our clients * Prior experience in account management *What you 'll do: * Promote, present, and advise on energy products to a variety of audiences * Engage and excite browsing customers by building relationships and promoting energy products * Provide customers with in-store support, including phone setup, customer service, and troubleshooting * Advise customers and assist them in their selection of appropriate products and services * Assist customers in processes such as new activations * Work as an Account Manager for our clients * Cross sell when necessary * Partner with store management to execute successful sales opportunities * Complete reporting in a timely manner * Ensure product display and appearance is consistent with client standards Your experience: * Two years of retail sales, account management or customer service experience (minimum) * High School Diploma (bachelor's degree preferred) * Necessary tools for success: * Strong presentation and selling skills * Passion for selling and engaging customers * Ability to work as a team as well as individually It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
