Dessert Connect Group is growing in Las Vegas, and we're hiring a Customer Enrollment Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals ready to build skills in sales, customer service, and account management while representing advanced fiber internet, wireless, and telecommunications services. As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you'll work directly with customers to guide them through the enrollment process, activations, upgrades, and account setup. Responsibilities

of a Customer Enrollment Associate

• Present fiber internet, wireless, and telecom solutions to customers face-to-face
• Assist with service enrollments, activations, billing inquiries, and plan upgrades
• Provide excellent customer service and sales support with tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, enrollment activity, and service updates
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly enrollment and sales goals
• Collaborate with teammates and management to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Stay current on telecommunications products, promotions, and fiber internet technology What We 're Looking For
