Won't you come and join us? * Job Duties include but are not limited to: * Develop specific customer targets within the assigned territory from which to establish lucrative business, build on annual revenue, and maintain relationships within. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development. * Meet with prospective customer to identify areas of sales opportunity. * Conduct presentations to current and prospective customers as a means of informing them of services Redi Industrial offers. * Produce proposals for customers as a means of communicating anticipated costs for specific projects. * Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for accurate sales opportunity tracking. * Coordinate projects with the local operations team to ensure successful project execution. * Actively participate in weekly/monthly sales meetings and maintain direct communication with the Business Development Director through one-on-one, direct, communications. * Exhibiting a high level of professionalism and positivity while representing the company in all actions and communications. * Projecting a high level of professionalism and positively represent the company in all actions and communications. * Education: Bachelor's Degree in sales, business, or marketing is required * Salary:* $80,000 DOE. * Benefits and Perks: * Great Company Benefits starting 1st of the month after 60 days of eligible employment. * Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Insurance * Health Savings Account * Life Insurance * Disability Insurance * 401K with company Match after 1 year * PTO
