Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and pharmacies, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff to promote our products effectively. * Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about pharmaceutical offerings to potential clients. * Manage accounts by analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. * Execute B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product launches. * Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint, to create presentations and reports for clients. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting pharmaceutical sales. Qualifications * Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical sales is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful account management. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly. * Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. * Experience in outside sales with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Proficiency in analysis skills to evaluate market trends and customer needs. * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration within the sales team. * Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus.
