Responsibilities of a Wireless Sales Trainee include: * Build and develop client relationships in a competitive environment * Advise and sell the most appropriate solutions for each client that will meet their specific needs and drive sales margins * Provide effective solutions for customers, including recommendations on products and services that meet their needs * Follow client-specific guidelines and industry standards to build confidence and trust with customers and clients * Our Wireless Sales Trainee will participate in weekly meetings to track progress toward sales goals, review performance, and ensure compliance with Client standards and industry guidelines * Support the company's growth ambitions by playing a vital role in driving sales and developing new business relationships in telecommunications Requirements of the Wireless Sales Trainee Role: * A Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Brand Management, Communications, or other related field is preferred but not required * 1-2 years of experience in sales, telecommunications, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing positions * Must have the desire to expand your knowledge in the telecommunications field * Must be able to maintain a positive attitude when faced with rejection * An outgoing, charismatic, and solution-minded individual who can work well as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Projected Total Compensation: $3,400.00 - $4,850.00 per month Work Location: In person
