About us Travelers Post USA is a unique smoking lounge located at the Nashville International airport in Tennessee. We are social, engaging, and customer- centric business. In the lounge, travelers are able to smoke a cigar, cigarette or vape and have a cocktail, beer or coffee. Our goal is to offer our customers a unique relaxed experience before boarding their flights. On this job you get to meet different travelers every day and there is never a dull day!!! MUST BE 21+ yearscTO APPLY!!! JOB BENEFITS: Health insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program JOB CRITERIA : Must be able to work in a smoking and non-smoking environment. Must have a server permit ( for serving alcoholic drink) or be able to obtain one within 2 weeks after being hired. JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for providing superior customer service to all guests visiting the lounge. Responsible for all cashiering policy and procedures of the retail store. Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the smoking lounge and retail store. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Must provide superior customer service to all guests including dealing with difficult travelers and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees. Must communicate in a respectful, courteous, professional manner with guests and fellow employees. Must respond and acknowledge a customer within 10 seconds of seeing them. Smiling when interacting with guest, saying phrases like, "Welcome to Travelers Post", "excuse me may I empty that ashtray for you" or excuse me sir/ma'am is this your drink", saying "thank you". Responsible for following all cashiering policy and procedures of the store. Responsibilities include but not limited to making coffee, making alcoholic drinks, cleaning ash trays and tables, and emptying trash. Responsible for stocking Freezer, refrigerator, and cupboards with necessary items. Responsible for keeping track of inventory and alerting manager of items to restock. Must wear issued uniform shirt on all shifts. Must respect all fellow employees and shows willingness to learn and work together.
