POSITION OVERVIEW As a Home Improvement Sales Consultant your primary responsibility is to build relationships with home owners affected by storm damage and assist them through the home insurance claim process while educating the customer on their options and next steps in the process. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead generation
• Perform full storm damage home-inspections
• Guide homeowner through insurance claim process
• Traveling to appointments QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Motivated self-starter that willingly takes on challenges
• Capable conversationalist able to speak with confidence and assurance
• Positive attitude and an understanding that there's no such thing as failure - only learning
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• A dependable vehicle and ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous sales experience
• Exterior home-remodeling background SALARY/INCENTIVES
• Uncapped Commissions: first-year reps can earn over $150k. Top reps can earn substantially more
• Weekly/monthly/annual bonuses and incentives

• Promote from within - 300% growth year-over-year for the last three years Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
