This role requires a proactive individual to generate new business, maintain strong customer relationships, and promote our portfolio of products and services. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales growth within your assigned territory. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to build loyalty and trust. Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the logistics parts industry. Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs and present tailored solutions. Provide product information, technical support, and pricing quotes to customers. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer experiences. Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives. Qualifications: Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in logistics, automotive, or industrial parts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales reporting tools.
