Compensation: $97,500 - $225,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base. * Collaborate with experienced agents to learn the ins and outs of real estate transactions. * Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Participate in training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills. * Support the team in preparing and presenting property listings to potential buyers. * Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting properties through various channels. * Maintain organized records of client interactions and transaction details for seamless follow-ups. Qualifications: * Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both in person and through digital channels. * Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team environment. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate technologies and tools. * Strong organizational skills to manage client interactions and transaction details efficiently. * Ability to participate actively in training sessions and apply new knowledge to real-world scenarios. * Experience in marketing or social media promotion is a plus, enhancing property visibility and client engagement.
