The "Unhinged" Daily Grind * You'll be the face of AT&T Fiber, engaging directly with Nashville residents and businesses to showcase the power of the fastest internet in town. * You won't just lead from a desk; you'll be in the field closing deals and demonstrating what top-tier sales looks like. * You'll build instant rapport with customers, turning complex tech talk into simple solutions that people actually want. * You'll mentor a team of sales reps, sharing your "unhinged" passion for success to help them smash their personal records. * You'll strategically map out the best neighborhoods in Nashville, ensuring your team is always where the action is. * You'll stay ahead of the curve on all things AT&T, becoming the go-to resource for your team and your customers. * You'll help maintain our high-voltage office culture--where we celebrate every win with the intensity it deserves. * You'll keep a sharp eye on the numbers, ensuring the team stays on track to hit (and exceed) our weekly goals.
