Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in presentation event and in person sales, with the ability to effectively negotiate and manage accounts. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting Desires' licensed care at home services, conduct meet and greets :-) , and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. Hourly and Commissions Contacts Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. * Engage in outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. * Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. * Prepare and deliver presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate product value effectively. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Microsoft Office tools. Experience * Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technical or medical sales preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. * Familiarity with account management principles and practices. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Leadership experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to guide teams towards achieving sales objectives.
