We are seeking a Retail Sales Agent to join our in-store team. In this role, you'll engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and recommend wireless services and devices that best fit their needs. You'll work toward sales goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and support daily store operations. Job Duties: * Greet and assist customers in-store. * Sales presentations with customers. * Provide accurate information and handle customer inquiries or concerns. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. * Stay informed about current promotions, pricing, and sales updates.
