Responsibilities * Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services to prospective clients * Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to maximize engagement and conversion * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress * Engage in outbound calling and warm calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities * Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach and lead generation * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems * Follow up with potential clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships Experience * Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is highly desirable * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms * Experience in technical sales or business development is a plus * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written * Prior experience in outbound calling, warm calling, or marketing campaigns preferred * Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets This role is ideal for proactive individuals who thrive in face-to-face sales environments and are eager to develop their skills in customer service, business development, and technology-driven sales strategies.
