As a sales and business consulting firm in Boston, we're hiring for an entry level role as a Client Sales Specialist to guide clients through their very first sales steps: picking the right high- speed internet package, enrolling in Verizon Home Internet, and getting set up without the stress. The Client Enrollment Assistant will be the calm, capable voice that kicks off their Verizon journey. As a Client Sales Specialist, you'll help clients unlock the power of Verizon FiOS. By managing the sales enrollment process for their mobile, internet, and entertainment solutions, the Client Sales Specialist provides a smooth and welcoming sales experience that builds confidence from the very start while growing in their career. Key Responsibilities of the Client Sales Specialist * Guide Verizon FiOS clients through sales enrollment by managing applications, eligibility checks, and service activations. * Verify client information, documentation, and account details to ensure compliance, billing accuracy, and secure recordkeeping. * Explain Verizon FiOS plans, promotions, and bundled service options clearly to support informed decisionmaking. * Attend training sessions to gain new skills for the Client Sales Specialist. * Process activations, upgrades, and account modifications with precision, ensuring data integrity and billing compliance. * Troubleshoot enrollment issues with smartphones, wireless connectivity, and internet services, escalating complex cases for timely resolution. * Collaborate with fellow Client Sales Specialists and sales teams to align onboarding efforts with Verizon product launches, campaigns, and retention strategies. Minimum Qualifications of the Client Sales Specialist * High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Technology is an asset. * Experience in enrollment, client support, or administrative roles within telecommunications or sales is a strong asset. * Strong communication and problemsolving skills to explain Verizon FiOS plans, internet features, and service solutions. * Organized, proactive, and adaptable mindset with resilience to excel in Verizon's fastpaced environments and consistently achieve performance goals. * Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools to manage Verizon accounts, track enrollment metrics, and ensure compliance with company standards.
