Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement. * Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise as needed. * Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock management. * Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as necessary. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Skills * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Proficiency in retail sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling strategies. * Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems for efficient transaction processing. * Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management and sales reporting. * Ability to supervise others, fostering a collaborative team environment. * Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally. * Passion for product knowledge and willingness to conduct engaging product demos.
