Company : Lanmark Installation Job Title : Landscape Consultant Department : Installed Sales Reports to : Business Director - Lanmark Job Summary : The landscape consultant is the primary contact for customers looking for turnkey surfacing solutions that may include artificial grass, modular tiles, and/or poured-in-place rubber. The landscape consultant will be responsible for using available resources to estimate, coordinate, and manage residential and commercial projects to the satisfaction of the customer. Duties/Responsibilities : 1. Sales: Build and grow the Tucson, AZ market for Lanmark Installation. Includes generating sales, selling projects, and building out a network of subcontractors. 2. Data Entry: Utilize company CRM and ERP systems to accurately document project details, customer interactions, and order processing. 3. Project Management: Coordinate material and labor to ensure timely completion of each project. 4. Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer receives prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance, while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere. 5. Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining B2B relationships with other businesses/professionals that would interact with Lanmark as subcontractors, partners, vendors, and/or customers. 6. Financial Accountability: Monitor project costs and margins to deliver financial targets. 7. Reporting: Deliver updates to supervisor regarding projects/sales to ensure alignment with overall company strategy. 8. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations and safety standards, to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. 9. Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.
