Fifty Heaven is expanding its in-store retail sales team and is actively hiring motivated individuals to represent AT&T. We are dedicated to our mission of becoming the most trusted and impactful retail sales partner for businesses and to do so are hiring a full-time Retail Sales Team Member. Our company has recently partnered with AT&T to be their brand representatives inside major national retail locations and drive new customer enrollment into their available wireless service plans. As a Retail Sales Team Member, you will be the face of AT&T, engaging directly with customers in-store to promote and enroll them into wireless service plans that best meet their needs. This is an entry-level opportunity with room for growth into leadership and management roles. Retail Sales Team Member Responsibilities: * Represent AT&T's brand professionally and enthusiastically within partner retail locations to enroll new customers. * Engage with customers, assess their wireless needs, and clearly present AT&T's products, plans, and promotions to meet sales goals. * Educate customers on the latest technology, features, and benefits of AT&T wireless services through engaging sales presentations. * Drive new customer activations and account enrollments, ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation. * Collaborate with store teams to maintain a high standard of product knowledge, customer service, and visual merchandising. * Track performance metrics and achieve individual and team sales goals. * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and selling skills. Retail Sales Team Member Requirements: * Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus (entry-level candidates welcome). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset. * Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. * Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays. Position Overview: * Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position * Pay: This is a commission-based role. Average earnings for Retail Sales Team Members range between 50,000-60,000 per year * Hours : This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 30-40 hours per week * Location : This position will be based out of our office and a single assigned retail location. * Retail Sales Team Member will be working directly with customers on behalf of AT&T inside large retail locations within a 30-mile radius of our office location Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per week Work Location: In person
