The Enterprise Account Executive will lead the sales process for small to mid sized physician groups (5-50 providers), selling the full HealthyU Care Partners MSO suite. This is a consultative, high-value role focused on convincing clinic owners and medical directors to partner with HealthyU Care Partners (HUCP) for RCM, Value-Based Care Consulting, and operational management including outsourced marketing, IT, and HR Key Responsibilities: * Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close for complex, multi-stakeholder deals (Owners, Medical Directors, Practice Managers). * Consultative Selling (VBC Focus): effectively articulate the "HUCP advantage"--how our AI platform transitions practices from Fee-for-Service to Value-Based Care to unlock new revenue streams. * Deal Structuring: Negotiate Management Services Agreements (MSAs) that may include RCM percentages, IT service fees, and shared savings models. * Strategic Networking: Attend key industry events (ArMA, AOMA) to build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the medical community in Arizona. * Collaboration: Work closely with the BDR to refine outbound messaging and with the onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions for new partners. * All other duties as assigned.
