What You 'll Do * Learn the wholesale mortgage business from the ground up--products, processes, guidelines, and more. * Become a trusted partner to mortgage brokers, building and maintaining strong relationships. * Generate new business using our MIQ dialer system , actively seeking out new broker partners. * Master the end-to-end loan origination process, including application, underwriting, closing, and funding. * Continuously grow your skills through training programs and mentorship. Who You Are * You love to talk, connect, and build relationships--this is a career, not just a job. * Sales-savvy with a history of success (B2B sales experience preferred). * Excellent communicator with top-notch presentation and problem-solving skills. * Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and self-motivated. * Eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing mortgage brokers. * Manage your sales pipeline, track interactions, and analyze performance. * Meet and exceed sales targets. * Maintain thorough knowledge of theLender's products and services. Experience & Skills * Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or related fields is a plus. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Compensation * Minimum wage + commission structure. Your effort directly determines your success! * Full-time, in-office (40 hours/week) with detailed payout and ramp schedule explained during training.
