Core Functions of the Entry Level Lead Generation Specialist * Promote Leafguard's clog-free gutter systems through structured outreach, territory development, and campaign-aligned messaging. * Assess homeowner needs and property conditions to recommend customized solutions that align with Leafguard's product capabilities. * Schedule consultations and coordinate service appointments, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth handoff to installation teams. * Maintain clean CRM records to log customer interactions, track service milestones, and monitor sales activity for performance reporting and campaign optimization. * Troubleshoot basic product or service questions, escalating complex cases to internal support teams to ensure timely resolution. * Stay informed on Leafguard's product updates, warranty coverage, and installation protocols to ensure accurate guidance and alignment with campaign messaging. Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Lead Generation Specialist * High school diploma or GED required * Experience in retail, sales, or customer engagement, ideally within home improvement, construction, or service-based industries. * Strong communicator with a knack for explaining LeafGuard's product features, installation steps, and warranty terms clearly.
