FCI Brands is a printing, marketing and fulfillment company. Our family has been printing in Nashville for over a century. We provide national fulfillment for many of our clients and we source product all around the globe. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing support to our sales team and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will play a crucial role in driving business development and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management. The candidate should be able to show a history of working in an environment with multiple deadlines for a variety of clients. This position will provide customer service support to accounts throughout the United States and be responsible for researching, sourcing, and establishing pricing for products. -Must have an excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and be willing to learn our order software system. -Must have at least three years of business to business customer service experience. -Must have excellent written, verbal and math skills, and be able to prioritize under pressure. -Experience in the Promotional Products Industry a plus.
