Smoke Shop Sales Representative (Full-Cycle / Closing Role) Location: Las Vegas, NV (field-based) Company: Smoke Shop One Job Type: Full-Time (W2) About Us Smoke Shop One is a technology company built exclusively for smoke shops. Our platform consistently outperforms Clover, Square, and other one-size-fits- all systems by helping owners: * Eliminate monthly software fees * Increase checkout speed and average ticket * Simplify inventory and compliance * Add smoke-shop-specific online ordering We are aggressively expanding across Las Vegas and are hiring closers to take market share. Position Summary This is a full-cycle, field sales role. You will prospect smoke shops in person, run demos, and close deals directly with owners. You own the sale end-to-end: * Prospect * Present * Close * Hand off to installation and support This role is for someone who wants real responsibility, real ownership, and real income upside. Compensation Base Pay: * $22/hour (full-time W2) * Overtime opportunities Commission & Bonuses: * $30 for every qualified appointment that shows * $300 for every deal you close that goes live and processes $1,500+ in card volume * $100 retention bonus per deal after 120 days On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 Top performers can exceed this with consistent production. We train everything. Requirements * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Confident closer who can speak with business owners * Comfortable walking into businesses daily * Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable * Sales, retail, or smoke shop experience preferred Why Smoke Shop One You are not selling a commodity.
