Dave's Tree Service, a respected and steadily growing tree care company serving Moore County and the surrounding areas, is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager & Sales Arborist. Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Coordinate daily job schedules between the office and field crews
• Assign appropriate crews, equipment, and materials for each project
• Communicate clearly with crew leaders regarding job scope, site access, and client expectations
• Review completed work for safety, quality, and client satisfaction
• Track production, monitor efficiency, and make scheduling adjustments as needed
• Help develop and refine company standard operating procedures (SOPs) Sales & Estimating
• Meet with new and existing clients to assess tree care needs and site conditions
• Evaluate tree health, structure, and safety to provide professional recommendations
• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates following company standards
• Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and client communications
• Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth transitions from sales to production Customer Relations
• Represent Dave's Tree Service with professionalism, honesty, and expert knowledge
• Advise clients on pruning, removals, and plant health care (PHC) services
• Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Address concerns promptly to ensure complete customer satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications

• Experience in tree care operations, arboriculture sales, or crew management preferred
• Strong understanding of tree species, pruning standards, and removal techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• ISA Certification or equivalent arboriculture experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
