Vacation Sales At Travel + Leisure our goal is simple: to put the world on vacation. Our team is growing in Destin and we're searching for talented sales professionals to join our award-winning team! Responsibilities: * As a Vacation Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, guiding pre-qualified guests through a personalized, in-person experience that highlights the benefits of VIP travel ownership. * Lead engaging tours of luxury model units at the Emerald Grande or Majestic Sun Resorts. * Present the benefits of becoming a VIP-level owner with Travel + Leisure. * Showcase our exclusive Presidential Suite , giving guests a taste of VIP luxury. * Educate guests on our product lines and flexible vacation ownership options. * Deliver dynamic sales presentations that follow our proven process while customizing each pitch to your clients' unique travel dreams. * Close sales on vacation ownership packages and help guests take the first step toward unforgettable travel. * Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term value. * Participate in regular training and coaching to continuously grow your skills and boost your success. Qualifications & Skills * Motivated to Succeed: A strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals. * Real Estate Ready: Willingness to obtain your Florida Real Estate License (we'll help guide you through the process). * Sales Savvy: Prior sales experience preferred -- timeshare or hospitality sales experience is a plus! * Resilient & Positive: Able to handle objections with confidence and turn "no" into "next opportunity." * Excellent Communicator: Strong active listening and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and understand their needs. * Team-Oriented: Works well both independently and as part of a dynamic sales team. * Sales Technique Pro: Familiar with strategies like rapport building, emotional selling, value-based presentation, and closing techniques. * Professional Presence: Confident, polished, and customer-focused demeanor.
