Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Semiconductor Sales & Business Development professional specializing in 200mm and 300mm parts and PCB. This role involves expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities within the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge combined with exceptional sales skills to drive growth in a competitive landscape. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target 200mm and 300mm semiconductor parts and PCB markets. * Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling/emails. * Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, showcasing product features and benefits. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. * Manage territory sales efforts through inside and outside sales strategies, including direct sales initiatives and sales channels. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify upselling opportunities. * Coordinate with management on sales forecasts, territory planning, and account management strategies. Experience * Proven track record in B2B technology or industrial equipment sales, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics industry. * Extensive experience in outside sales, account management, business development, and territory management. * Strong background in managing complex sales cycles involving negotiation, product demos, and technical solutions. * Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach efforts. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and build lasting client relationships. * Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, PCB technology, or related technical fields is highly desirable. * Ability to analyze market data, identify new opportunities, and develop effective strategies for growth.
