Looking for an aggressive and charismatic Sales Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) to help us build our growing sales team. We are looking to grow our high-performing team of "A" players within our sales team and need an experienced and highly driven sales recruiter to help us do it. Our Dealer Relationship Managers are well versed in the auto finance industry, dealers love working with them and they are the key to our growth and success at Strike Acceptance. We need you to help us hire more of them! What You're Doing * Share innovative ideas and technology related to recruiting. * Be a hunter to track down and connect with the best auto finance dealer relationship managers in the market. * Build a network through industry contacts, advertising, and current team members to develop and maintain a qualified pool of potential candidates. * Communicate with sales managers about their hiring needs and work with them throughout the recruiting and hiring process to ensure those needs are being met. * Conduct regular follow-ups to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. * Exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics to consistently grow recruiting pipeline (high-volume outbound contact/follow-up). * Work hard to meet and exceed sales hiring goals. * Serve as an ambassador for Strike Acceptance as you reach out to experienced reps in the industry. * Efficiently and effectively fill all open sales positions. What We're Looking For * 2-5 years of proves success within a sales recruiting role (you can sell, and you understand that recruiting is consultative selling). * Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and candidates. * Fast paced and assertive. * Auto finance industry experience highly preferred but not required. * Excellent oral and written communication (you like to talk to people, people like to talk to you, and you can communicate professionally). * An eagerness to learn and constantly improve (you celebrate success but aren't interested in resting on your laurels). * Strong work ethic that demonstrates a commitment to excellence (you do what you say and say what you do; you have excellent follow-up and follow-through). * High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. * We are open to someone coming in as a contractor, consultant, part-time or full-time.
